Common Questions

Why can't I see all check-ins in the organization?

For privacy, you can only see check-ins for people you directly manage, plus your own check-ins. Administrators may have broader access based on their permissions.

How far back does the log go?

The log shows all check-ins from the beginning of your organization's use of Skilly. There's no automatic deletion - all development history is preserved.

Can I export check-in data?

Export functionality depends on your organization's plan and settings. Contact your administrator about data export options if needed.

What's the difference between "My Check-ins" and "Check-ins Log"?

"My Check-ins" shows only your personal check-ins as an employee. "Check-ins Log" shows check-ins for everyone you manage (if you're a manager) or organization-wide check-ins (if you're an admin).
